We know just how contentious best burger lists can be. Everyone seems to have a preferred patty they want to throw into the ring, and some might even be offended if their favourite burger joint doesn’t make the cut.

This month, Feather & Bone (FAB) is getting even more competitive in the burger realm with the brand’s annual Bun Fight in honour of International Burger Day on May 28.

This yearly food fight pits FAB’s seven head chefs, one from each of its branches around town, against one another with a mission to each craft a winning burger recipe. The branch that sells the most burgers will be awarded a prize to share amongst the team.

These creative burgers, available throughout the month of May, range from a BBQ pork burger at the Lee Garden Two shop in Causeway Bay, to a Cajun chicken burger in Wan Chai, to a smoky lamb burger in Clear Water Bay. We can just envision ourselves gallivanting around Hong Kong to try out all seven burgers.

Each burger is priced at HKD188 and comes with sides of chips or salad. FAB will donate HKD5 from every burger sold to local charity Phenomenally Pink, dedicated to tackling breast cancer.
