Beef Wellington might be a tricky recipe to master and a hard plate to find done well (and we don’t mean the temperature of the meat), but Melody in Sai Ying Pun is here with a special Wednesday meal for two that will wow you.

For HKD888 for two, enjoy beef Wellington crafted by chef Jamie Draper, a collection of saucy sides, and a bottle of red wine, likely a Malbec, Merlot, or Cabernet Sauvignon

The beef Wellington comes paired with an uber-creamy potato mash, fresh asparagus, and a bordelaise sauce drenching the umami-strong meat dish. Make sure to ask for lots of sauce and mustard for the best salty and sour tones.

If you’re feeling extra hungry, we recommend ordering the Alsace bacon croquettes, lightly cured tuna with passion fruit, and Castelfranco salad with blood orange and Gorgonzola to pair up with your meal.

Melody stands right opposite the newly opened Birria Y Birria and nearby Shop B and Pondi, making for a new wave of great food coming to Sai Ying Pun.
