Just in time for the sweltering summer months, American ice-cream behemoth Häagen-Dazs has once more teamed up with French pastry brand Pierre Hermé for another tempting macaron-meets-ice-cream collaboration featuring the patisserie’s beloved mini macaron shells.
Brand new to the Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé collection this year is the Macaron Vanilla & Blueberry flavour, joining all-time faves Macaron Yuzu & Lemon, Macaron Strawberry & Raspberry, and Macaron Double Ganache Chocolate, which come in 100ml mini cup (HKD32) and 420ml pint (HKD79.90) formats. The blueberry and strawberry flavours can be enjoyed as an ice-cream bar (HKD34) too.
Also available at all Häagen-Dazs shops citywide as part of the brand’s new summer menu are eye-catching macaron ice-cream drinks like Wildest Berries (HKD69), made with Macaron Strawberry & Raspberry ice cream, strawberry pulp and purée, and a strawberry macaron.
We also like the look and sound of the sundae Love Is All (HKD85), delivering two ice-cream scoops along with contrasting textures of blueberry jelly, cornflakes, and a blueberry macaron.
