This limited-time dining experience at Plaisance might be your one-and-only opportunity to get a taste of an extraordinary menu served up at a state dinner.

Last month, celebrated chef Mauro Colagreco of newcomer Plaisance in Hong Kong and three-Michelin-starred Mirazur in France was the culinary wonder chosen to craft the banquet menu for the China–France state dinner in Paris. French president Emmanuel Macron and Chinese president Xi Jinping were the guests of honour at this special meal in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between the two nations.

Designed originally as a three-course menu (HKD1,888 pp) of Tourteau crab and Oscietra caviar, Bresse chicken with morels and vin jaune, and a dessert of cherries and elderflower, the state dinner experience at Plaisance has been expanded to include three additional dishes from both Mirazur and Plaisance.

The six-course menu has a price tag of HKD2,888. Wine pairings (HKD588/HKD1,188) can be added to truly live like a leader.
