Next month, Canadian beef is taking centre stage at Feather & Bone’s many outlets around town in recognition of Canada Day on Jul. 1.

Throughout the whole of July, the butcher is offering a selection of quality Canadian grain-fed steaks and other beef items in partnership with the Canada Beef International Institute, which represents over 68,000 cattle ranchers and farmers across the country.

The beefy offerings include Canada Prime burger patties, rich and well-marbled Canada Prime striploin and Canada Prime rib-eye, and Canada AAA oxtail – all available for pan-frying, roasting, or grilling up at home.

If you fancy a Canadian beef dish prepared for you, you can head to a Feather & Bone restaurant in July to try the Coopers Ale and Marmite braised Canadian short ribs (HKD188), which sounds memorably hearty.

Stay tuned to Feather & Bone’s Instagram page for an epic Canada Day social media giveaway, where the grand prize is a round-trip economy-class ticket to Canada valued at HKD10,000!
