Those with ties to the USA or a penchant for all things American might be on the lookout for special events in Hong Kong to mark that most American of holidays, the 4th of July.
Smoke & Barrel is celebrating American Independence Day on Jul. 6 from 2PM till 6PM with a down-home Backyard BBQ, kick-starting this new monthly series at the restaurant.
With price tags of HKD350 per person for food and HKD398 for a whopping four hours of free-flow drinks, this all-you-can-eat feast comes with bottomless portions of smoked brisket, BBQ ribs, chicken lollipops, and grilled dry-aged rib-eye, along with classic American sides like coleslaw, fries, and Caesar salad.
The usual free-flow suspects of wine, beer, and cocktails are on board too, but Smoke & Barrel is also kicking it up a notch with the inclusion of a shot trolley.
You’ll be needing those shots as you take part in the planned entertainment of the day, which includes a hot wings challenge to make the Hot Ones proud.
