Summer al-fresco feasting has just got better with the launch of Louise’s La Terrace, the latest expansion for the Michelin-starred French restaurant, opening up for garden wining and dining.

Offering a more casual à-la-carte menu crafted by newly appointed executive chef Loïc Poralier, La Terrace brings together small bites and sharing plates with refreshing summer cocktails.

New appetisers include the leek terrine (HKD110) and mimolette arancini (HKD68), with Louise’s signature roasted yellow chicken (HKD688) and octopus (HKD228) also available to order for sharing with your dining partner.

The beverage menu at La Terrace includes the house Louise Negroni (HKD128), La Petanque (HKD128), mixing Widges gin, Ricard, orgeat, lime, and apple, and the All-Day Spritz (HKD98) for a non-alcoholic drink option.
