Summer just got wackier with Messina as they launch two savoury gelato flavours bound to have you confused and maybe in love.

Housed inside Lee Kum Kee’s retro convenience store pop-up in Tsuen Wan, the Tofu Soyprise is a tofu gelato topped with Lee Kum Kee’s soy sauce, soy brownie chunks, and soy mochi pieces.

Where things get slightly weirder is the Cheesy Baked Oyster, a gelato made with oyster sauce cheesecake and paired with lemon curd and waffle crunch.

The two flavours are available on weekends in August, specifically Aug. 3-4, 10-11, and 17-18 from 12PM to 5PM. You can also taste the limited edition gelatos in store until Aug. 18.

Lee Kum Kee’s pop-up store presents a host of their popular kitchen sauce essentials  alongside new ways to use your sauces to cook at home.
