As seen on Netflix’s Chef’s Table, the steak mastermind will be hosting three exclusive steak dinners this week at the Foodie Forks 2024 Readers’ Choice – Best Restaurant. Dario will be swinging his knives, taking selfies, conversing with guests, and signing your merch during the three-day extravaganza.

The dinners will be served family style in true Panzano fashion, exploring every cut of the cow, including the tongue, shank, brisket, cube roll, striploin, rump, and tail. The meals begin with a sharing of Chianti tartare, carpaccio di culo, insulate di tenerumi (warm beef-shin salad), and polpette ripiene di midollo (deep-fried beef meatballs).

The pasta course is braised beef tripe homemade rigatoni, pairing up aptly with the bistecca alla Fiorentina, costa di frisona Toscana, bistecca di costola, and bistecca Etrusca 300 days cuts of steak prepared on Carna’s charcoal grill. Side dishes include Dario’s stewed white beans, roast potatoes, and grilled vegetables, with tiramisu di casa to end the delicious affair.
