The challenge tasks you with choosing between three dishes: sambal petai udang (HKD398) stir-fried tiger prawn with chilli paste, chow kow steak (HKD338) wok-fried M5 Wagyu, and steamed hamachi collar with diced hot red pepper (HKD338).
