The challenge tasks you with choosing between three dishes: sambal petai udang (HKD398) stir-fried tiger prawn with chilli paste, chow kow steak (HKD338) wok-fried M5 Wagyu, and steamed hamachi collar with diced hot red pepper (HKD338).

If you can finish one of the dishes within 90 minutes – the dish cannot be rinsed, washed, or diluted with any liquid – you can redeem yourself some free Prosecco to temper the spice on your red-hot tongue.
