New burger shack BOLO BOLO has opened up in Lan Kwai Fong serving an assortment of burgers sandwiched together between sweet, fluffy pineapple buns.
Four different burgers sets feature on the menu, including the Breakfast A (HKD84) burger with tomato sauce, hash brown, and egg, Protein Breakfast Burger (HKD84) with balsamic chicken and egg, Holy Cow (HKD109) with satay beef and cheese, and Many Fish (HKD89) with mustard fried fish fillet and cheese.
Each burger set comes with a drink and snack, including cold brew, iced bolo pineapple tea, and soft drinks, with added options of siu mai, beef meatballs, and spring rolls.
Customers can also mix and match their bolo bao burger with a choice of protein, topping, and sauce. Snacks and drinks come at an additional cost with this option.
