Quarry Bay has welcomed the opening of Té Bo, the neighbourhood’s first fine-dining restaurant focusing on the bounty of both Europe and Asia, led by a chef with experience at Hong Kong and Europe’s top restaurants.

Chef Sebastian Lorenzi has launched Té Bo within the non-members 1880 SOCIAL space at Taikoo Place, employing his background of French and French-style cooking at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, BELON, and Arcane in Hong Kong to invite diners to explore a matching of local, Asian, and European flavours.

The restaurant hosts 14 guests at the counter and individual tables seating up to four diners to enjoy either à-la-carte or tasting-menu dining, offering a six-course menu for dinner. A three-course set menu is available during lunch service.

Star dishes include three-yellow chicken, beef cheek raviolo, and lobster. The tasting menu is priced from HKD498 for lunch and HKD1,488 for dinner.
