Hotpot lovers that we are, we think the ferry or bus ride to Macau is worth it to experience the return of the Broadway Macau Hot Pot Festival at Broadway Macau hotel’s open-air Broadway Food Street.

On from now until Feb. 28, 2025, the festival is a tribute to hotpot in all its savoury, bubbling glory, with 13 restaurants serving up more than 50 hotpot dishes from Macau and Asia’s top food destinations, including China, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Some of the standout hotpot dishes we can’t wait to try are the classic Chinese braised lamb brisket casserole at Wui Sik Fong – Lei Ka Choi, seafood-loaded Vietnamese hat-shaped hotpot at Cafe Hanoi, fragrant northeastern Thai mini pot at Pratunam 1982, and Apgujeong by Kim’s Korean Cuisine’s hearty pork rib and potato casserole.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, live bands are set to perform along Broadway Food Street, adding to the lively vibe of the festival.
