Arriving on the bar scene in January 2017, and after countless medicinal gin cocktails served to Hong Kongers, Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour will be serving its last patient on Jan. 25.
The gin bar was one of the first gin-speciality spaces to open in the city and has remained a central figure in the scene, long before Hong Kong became the Asian cocktail behemoth it is today.
Dr. Fern’s is ending its tenure in Central with a bang; make sure to catch the signature musical programme running every Friday and Saturday till Jan. 25. On Jan. 16, Suzhou and Shanghai’s Union Trading Company will be arriving for a cocktail event.
Expect some magical prescription cocktails on Jan. 18 from 7PM to 10PM by resident mixologist Dr Paul Chan to make some memories, whilst partner Dr Gerry Olino will be mixing his variations on Jan. 24 from 7PM to 10PM.
