Though many view Aperol Spritz as the perfect summer drink, we enjoy this bittersweet and refreshing mix of Aperol, Prosecco, and soda all year long.

From this winter, Italy’s most popular aperitivo has been put on a pedestal at Italian restaurant PAZTA’s new Aperol Spritz Garden, an atmospheric piazza-style patio at Tai Kwun.

The star of this al-fresco experience is the Aperol Spritz Tree (HKD352), an eye-catching display of four Aperol Spritz drinks; the choices include Classic Aperol Spritz (HKD88), White Spritz (HKD88) with elderflower and ginger, Red Spritz (HKD98) with hibiscus-infused Aperol and caramel, Green Spritz (HKD98) with matcha cordial, apple sour, and citrus, and Purple Spritz (HKD98) with butterfly pea cordial and ginger ale.

If you’re teetotal, there’s the Alcohol-Free Spritz (HKD68), a mix of orange juice, non-alcoholic bitters, and soda water.

To pair with your spritz, PAZTA’s newly unveiled PREZZIES are a must. These mini panini featuring over 24 meat, seafood, and vegetable fillings can be devoured as part of the PREZZIE Experience (HKD188), which comes with four mini panini and an Aperol Spritz.

Happy hour can also be enjoyed daily from 3PM till 7PM at PAZTA’s Aperol Spritz Garden, with selected Aperol cocktails and bar bites priced from HKD58.
