The Hokkaido custard flan (HKD98) has become the newest fascination for Hong Kongers online, with many raving about its rich, luxurious flavour and texture – along with its high price tag.

The flan is made of a croissant puff packed with a Tahitian vanilla cream filling featuring Hokkaido milk from Japan

A total of 200 flans are made daily, and they fly off the shelves, with recent orders getting filled up in a span of just two minutes.
