To celebrate the efforts of chefs, restaurant operators, bartenders, and mixologists in Hong Kong, Italian eatery Pirata has launched a new menu exclusively for those creating and serving our food and drinks.

From Jan. 26, the three-course tasting menu (from HKD178) can be enjoyed every Sunday during either lunch or dinner service.

The menu is comprised of piquant starters of arancini, blood orange prawn, and vitello tonnato, before diving into the main courses categorised into three scaled price ranges.

For HKD178, enjoy a choice of either pappardelle poultry ragù or chicken involtini. For HKD208, you can pick the red prawn tagliolini or pork-cheek stew. At the highest price of HKD238, one can enjoy the tagliatelle truffle or signature butcher’s cut.

To end a sweet note, choose between the chocolate mousse, panna cotta, or affogato.

Book your meal via the link below and present some form of identification or evidence of your hospitality job to Pirata staff upon arrival.
