To warm you up during these cool winter months, Senzuru Japanese Restaurant inside Hung Hom’s Harbour Plaza Metropolis is bringing premium meaty bites to diners.

From February through April, book yourself in to experience the restaurant’s new eight-course Shirakaba pork menu (from HKD686 pp), consisting of dishes sampling this rich pork breed from Hokkaido, Japan.

Like its beefy compatriots in Kobe, the pigs are nurtured and farmed in a cosy environment, fattened up to ensure quality muscle and a tender touch.

On the menu, be sure to watch out for the Shirakaba pork with cod roe roll, Shirakaba pork with maitake mushroom consommé, and Shirakaba pork fried noodles.
