A popular alternative to Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day celebrates the power of female friendship.
For the ultimate girl dinner on Feb. 14, the Galentine’s Day menu (HKD498 pp) at all Flat Iron Steak locations honours this bond of friendship shared by women in Hong Kong.
This four-course menu comes with a welcome glass of sparkling wine to toast to the occasion, followed by courses of freshly shucked oysters, steak tartare, a choice of Australian M4–5 Wagyu fillet or Scottish salmon and lobster tail, and red velvet cake.
On Feb. 15 at 2PM, the Galentine’s stakes get even higher with Flat Iron Burger’s Galentine’s Day trivia afternoon, themed around Sex and the City. Pre-event at the Soho burger joint, be sure to grab your girl gang and brush up on your Carrie, Miranda, Samantha, and Charlotte facts.
Tickets, which can be purchased here, are priced at HKD280 each and come with two complimentary drinks (it’s gotta be a Cosmo for the full SATC effect).
