Chef Ryota Kanesawa of Ryota Kappou Modern has teamed up with Sushiro to launch a series of Michelin-standard dishes available to order at the sushi chain’s locations throughout Hong Kong.

Following on from the launch of chef Ryota’s special grapefruit-flavoured oyster soup and truffle-aroma sukiyaki steak, his grilled medium tuna loin (HKD22) with apple-mustard sauce is a must-order, launching on Feb. 19.

Also coming to Sushiro stores next Wednesday are the chef’s special beef and raw seaweed tenro (HKD29) and special tempura tuna with special oil (HKD29)

The Ryota x Sushiro limited-edition dishes are available at all Sushiro branches except Port Centre in Aberdeen and New Town Plaza in Sha Tin.
