After closing down in 2021, Yue Hing in Central has made a miraculous return with new savoury sandwiches paired up with hot and cold drinks that are currently selling like hotcakes.
On Stanley Street’s dai pai dong lane, the coffee shop only accepts cash and pairs its sandwiches with hot or cold beverages, including black coffee, honey citron tea, yuan yang, and Ribena.
Head to Yue Hing from 8:45AM till 3:30PM daily to order any of their five sandwich/toast and drink combos, including the scrambled egg combo with condensed milk and peanut butter toast (HKD40/HKD43).
The sandwich combo with cabbage and peanut butter (HKD43/HKD46) allows you to stuff your snack with either cheese, luncheon meat, scrambled egg, or spiced pork cubes.
