Noteworthy for being the first hotel in Hong Kong to achieve a Crescent Rating of 5 in recognition of its commitment to halal travellers, Kowloon Shangri-La is the ideal host of the “Blessing Feast of Ramadan” dinner buffet.

Held at the five-star hotel’s all-day buffet restaurant Café Kool from 6PM till 9:30PM on Feb. 28 through Mar. 30, this dinner buffet delivers an authentic halal dining experience for the local Muslim community and tourists alike – as well as being a prime choice for foodies like us!

Diners should get ready to break their fast with an epic spread of halal dishes, from live stations serving up chicken doner kebab and lamb murtabak to staple Chinese plates of Lanzhou beef noodles and Muslim-friendly dim sum.

For those joining on the last night of the buffet, Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the dawn-to-dusk fasting associated with the holy month of Ramadan, guests will be treated to special festive buffet items, including whole lamb-leg biryani, and experiences.

This buffet is priced at HKD758 per person on Monday through Thursday and HKD808 per person on Friday through Sunday and public holidays. There’s a 50% discount for kids aged between 4 and 11.

A prayer room with separate female and male facilities for group usage is provided at Café Kool.
