Emulating the success of South Korea’s Culinary Class Wars, and bringing on one of the stars of the show, HSBC has announced the launch of their very own reality TV show, Red Hot Chef.
In a bid to support the local F&B industry, the bank is inviting budding chefs in town to compete on a reality show to make Hong Kong proud and surprise the show’s judges, one of whom is chef Sung Anh of Mosu Hong Kong and Seoul.
The champion of the competition will be picked from the open audition, open from now until Apr. 30, and receive a prize worth HKD1 million to boost their culinary trajectory in Hong Kong.
Hong Kongers can submit their applications via email to redhotchef@lime-communication.com, including information about the chef, three photos of their signature dishes, and an introduction to the restaurant and these signature dishes.
