Chef’s Cuts in Central is delivering us a taste of Ireland this March with the launch of an 11-day-long Irish Festival.

From Mar. 7 till 17, head to the Central Market location to nab yourself a table for lunch or dinner in order to dig into these hearty dishes inspired by the green island.

For starters, the Irish touch extends to the smoked salmon baskets (HKD148) and beetroot, apple, and black pudding salad (HKD158). Where mains are concerned, the heartwarming Irish lamb stew (HKD228) and Guinness-glazed grass-fed beef ribs (HKD268) pack a meaty punch.

A dessert of Baileys Eton mess (HKD78) can be paired with Chef’s Cuts’ large array of Irish tipples, including Guinness beer, Teeling, Hinch, and Jameson Irish whiskeys, and Glendalough gin.
