FINEPRINT is opening its ninth location in Hong Kong this spring 2025 with the welcoming of a new café on Central’s Pedder Street.
Sandwiched inside Pedder Building, which houses the venerable Jimmy’s Kitchen and Club Bâtard, the new FINEPRINT café will be located beside Central MTR station’s D2 exit for convenient grab-and-go coffees and snacks.
The café will run slightly smaller than other locations in the city, whilst still hosting FINEPRINT favourites like ricotta toast (HKD95) and avo toast (HKD95). The shop will open from 6AM to 6PM.
