New all-day Australian café and wine bar Servo has landed on On Lan Street in Central, a successor to Moxie and Victuals within The Arcane Collective.

Spearheaded by the group’s founder Shane Osborn and chef Michael Smith, Servo opens at 7:30AM on weekdays and 9:30AM on Saturdays to feed the early birds. Expect bacon butties, sweet potato pancakes, and smashed avocado on toasted sourdough for breakfast.

Lunch brings toasties, soup, and sausage rolls to the menu, amongst other salty treats, before dinner and snacks at night with the likes of the Mayura Wagyu brisket bap, spanakopita, chicken, leek, and mushroom “chook” pie for two, and cheeseboards.

Servo opened originally as a takeaway concept alongside Moxie in Central in April 2024, serving lamingtons, canelés, coffee, and Australian-inspired sandwiches.
