Australian slang is littered with abbreviated words, and servo (short for “service station”) is a key cultural term. So it’s fitting that takeaway concept SERVO has launched at Michelin-starred Aussie chef Shane Osborn’s all-day-dining eatery, Moxie, located at LANDMARK in Central.

Continuing chef Shane’s commitment to healthy, mindful eating, grab-and-go SERVO is a cut above the takeaway norm. Coffee brewed by prominent local barista Kim Oelrichs, who hails from the Gold Coast, is a highlight of the menu, alongside tea, fresh-pressed juice, and kombucha on the drinks side.

The drinks are complemented by a wide selection of globally inspired sweet and savoury bites, ranging from leek and turnip soup (HKD88) with Japanese mountain yam and shimeji mushroom, to chilled spicy soba (HKD108), to a tuna melt (HKD78) with avocado and chilli mayo.

For a sweet treat, take your pick from Australia’s iconic lamjngton (HKD45), chef Shane’s Arcane-famous canelé (HKD25), carrot cake (HKD30), and more pastry delights.

SERVO is open daily from 8AM.
