Fiata has clinched the rank of the third-best pizzeria in the region in this year’s 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list.
Coming in at number 4 on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list and 22 on the 50 Top Pizza global list in 2024, chef-owner Salvatore Fiata has achieved the highest ranking of any Hong Kong pizzeria in history.
“I am so pleased with the recognition of our hard work with this award as we rose our ranking and continue to remain on the radar of the inspectors in this competitive landscape,” says Salvatore.
“We have worked very hard to maintain consistency with our classics and to constantly evolve and improve ourselves to stay ahead of the curve and to cater to our diners.”
The 50 Top Pizza list was founded in 2017 by a group of pizza-loving Italian food journalists, judging the best pizza across the world and regionally as assessed by a team of “pizza inspectors.”
Other Hong Kong pizzerias to reach the top 50 list include BACI at 23, Little Napoli at 32, and Vesu Pizza Bar at 44.
