Park Eun-young

As a sous chef at Grand Majestic Sichuan, Park Eun-young has made a name for herself in her native country of South Korea with her skills in mastering Chinese and Hong Kong-style cuisine. Outside the kitchen, she became even more famous starring on season one of Culinary Class Wars. Eun-young has been papped by a number of Korean fashion magazines dressed up to the nines in 1990s-inspired outfits.


Vicky Lau

Chef of two Michelin-starred TATE Dining Room Vicky Lau knows what style is both on the plate and in her outfits. She is well known for her chef whites and white shirts that feature a high-peaking lapel. Additionally, she has modelled for a number of Hong Kong and Asia-based magazines and publications. 


Rania Hatoum

Rania Hatoum is the founder of luxury savoury tart company Tarte by RH and leads her private kitchen RH Fine Dining out of Wong Chuk Hang, But, what many may not know of her, she is also a bridal gown designer, bringing her floral, elegant, and queen-like fashion style to both sides of her work in F&B and design. 


Sung Anh

Another Korean entrant and Culinary Class Wars participant onto this list, chef Sung Anh of Mosu Seoul and Hong Kong can masterfully rock a suit when presenting on the world’s TV stage or catering for guests in either country; he prefers black two piece suits. When he’s donning his chef whites, he goes sleek with long-sleeved shirts and plain colours.


Silas Li

Executive chef Silas Li of Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 likes to keep it sensible yet stylish with his daily outfits, trading the whites for a black chef’s shirt, usually paired with baggy jeans – a relic of the old days – and sneakers. You can typically find him wearing a fresh pair of Nikes.
