Chef Manav Tuli is planning to expand the Leela universe with the opening of Leela Macau at the ritzy Wynn Palace Macau in late April.

The new outpost of Hong Kong’s Michelin-recommended Indian restaurant will follow a similar theme and food programme, with Manav’s team sharing insights on the Macau restaurant.

Leela Macau will join two-Michelin-starred Chef Tam’s Seasons at the Cotai-based resort. Expect the same bold flavours and creative flair in Macau as can be savoured at the chef’s original Hong Kong restaurant.

“Leela Macau will be an exceptional new dining experience in the heart of Macau, where the bold flavours of India blend seamlessly with modern creativity,” chef Manav tells Foodie.

“Inspired by the Hindu notion of divine play, Leela is a gastronomic celebration – a tribute to India’s vibrant culinary legacy. I am delighted to introduce this deeply personal culinary journey at this prestigious location in Macau!”
