The flavours of the Arab world are arriving in Hong Kong this May with a special Arabian-themed buffet.

Kerry Hotel’s Big Bay Café is hosting chef Ali Al Hajj from Saudi Arabia’s Shangri-La Jeddah for the new Arabian Gastronomic Feast buffet, featuring 30 dishes from the Middle East.

Enjoy dishes like kebab fatteh, shrimp beiruty, sumac-cured salmon gravlax, and truffle hummus, with a Dubai chocolate dessert station available Friday through Sunday and public holidays. Other sweet treats include chef Ali’s cinnamon-pistachio rice pudding and Lebanese fig panna cotta.

The buffet is priced at HKD738 per person Monday through Thursday and HKD838 per person Friday through Sunday and public holidays, available from May 1–31, 6PM to 9:30PM.
