Of all of American burger chain Five Guys’ more than 1,800 locations around the world, Hong Kong is the first to debut a brand collaboration, which is a pretty big deal for our city.

The local brand in question is Lee Kum Kee, a Chinese and Asian sauce and seasoning company that’s been in business since way back in 1888.

At its nine Hong Kong outlets, Five Guys has teamed up with Lee Kee Kum to offer the brand’s tangy, vinegary chilli sauce as one of its now 16 complimentary burger and hot dog toppings, a great addition when you’re craving some heat to cut through Five Guys’ meaty richness.
