Already boasting eight locations across Hong Kong, Seoul Noodle Shop is expanding to Sheung Wan this spring with its ninth shop.
With hidden in plain sight on Des Voeux Road Central, boarding has gone up and construction has been steaming ahead to inaugurate the brand’s quality Korean noodle bowls in Sheung Wan in the coming weeks.
Seoul Noodle Shop was founded by Gold Moon, the group behind Jeonpo Meat Shop and PECORINO. The restaurant chain specialises in traditional Korean noodle dishes and rice soups.
