For the past three decades, cut-price Japanese conveyor-belt sushi chain Genki Sushi has been a mainstay of the Hong Kong dining scene.
In honour of the brand’s momentous 30th anniversary in the city, Genki has introduced a great bang-for-your-buck menu at all 80 of its citywide outlets. Featuring more than 20 sushi and maki, each item on the Satisfying Feast menu will set you back just HKD12!
This anniversary menu runs the gamut from classic faves like jumbo prime salmon sushi, crab stick roll, and avocado with spicy sauce gunkan to new sushi items such as seared anago, baby scallop, and vinegar-cured mackerel.
In addition to this special limited-time menu, Genki has upgraded its core menu with tempting here-to-stay items including grilled Japanese red sea bream (HKD24) sushi, deep-fried soft-shell crab (HKD28), and sunazuri tuna hand roll (HKD27).
