With the spring and summer season primed for celebrations, Pandan Man has launched a new cake designed to bring luck and life on Mother’s Day.

The bakery’s new Longevity Noodle Cake (HKD1,880) is a nod to the Chinese tradition of long-life noodles, promising a strong and healthy life when eating noodles on important life celebrations.

The cake’s noodles and golden chopsticks are made out of buttercream, and the pandan cake is designed with motifs of abundance, health, happiness, and good luck across the board.

Customers can choose between mango, taro, and fig for the flavour of the cake, which serves around 10 people. Hungry celebrants can order the cake here.
