What follows is a choice of two starters from dishes such as gambas al ajillo, chicken satay, truffle & cheese bikini, with the main event including a pick from dishes like pan-grilled salmon, Spanish suckling pig (+HKD48), and dry-aged Wagyu bavette (+HKD68). The sweet finale includes a pick between pistachio cake with caramel sauce or mango-lemongrass panna cotta.
With the dinner menu, have your pick of two starters from traditional steak tartar, salmon tartare, shrimp & mango rice paper roll, and more, followed by two picks of warm starters with ham & cheese croquettes, truffle & cheese bikini, and shrimp cake.
