Earning her pastry stripes across a line of Hong Kong’s top restaurants and hotels, Mandy Siu is bringing her fine pastries and cakes to the street with the opening of her first physical bakery, Finesse Pâtisserie, in Wan Chai.
The bakery focuses on showstopping celebration cakes and French-inspired pastries, a signature of her chef work, including millefeuilles, French custard tarts, and mousse cakes.
Her classic celebration cakes are baked and ready to order in both large and smaller versions, with a list of French pastries like financiers and madeleines on offer too.
Finesse Pâtisserie first opened online in 2022, serving Hong Kongers during the pandemic, three years prior to Mandy’s brick-and-mortar shop opening in Wan Chai.
