For the first time in its nearly 100-year history, Lin Heung Lau is expanding to a second location across the harbour with a 24-hour restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Set to debut at the end of May, the dim sum restaurant is sandwiched above Kimberley Road and Knutsford Terrace, the infamous area for Kowloon’s version of Lan Kwai Fong, with a string of loud bars occupying the strip.
Lin Heung Lau surprised Hong Kong foodies with a shock reopening in early April last year after closing its doors in August 2022.
The restaurant reopened under new ownership and has been joined by former staff.
