As part of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s US$100 million renovation programme slated for completion in Q4 2026, the hotel is partnering with Central shopping and lifestyle complex LANDMARK to open Terrace Boulud by Michelin-starred French chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud in January 2026.

Perched atop LANDMARK PRINCE’s on the 25th floor, the sophisticated French brasserie replaces long-standing restaurant SEVVA, which closed in May 2024. The new restaurant is connected to the hotel via an existing enclosed walkway and features an expansive rooftop terrace.

The seasonal menus at Terrace Boulud are set to mirror chef Daniel’s philosophy based on  his four “culinary muses”: La Tradition (classic French recipes), La Saison (seasonal dishes), Le Potager (plant-based plates), and Le Voyage (global influences).

Owing to its Hong Kong location, we expect Asian flavours to make a strong showing on Terrace Boulud’s lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner menus.
