Though Hong Kong’s Art Month has been done and dusted since the end of March, Pici is extending the city’s love of art and creativity with a limited-time menu – The Art Collection – available throughout June.
The artful dishes served up by this pasta specialist combine visually stunning presentations with Pici’s always delicious Italian flavours. The gold-medal dish of the quartet has got to be the Carbonari Burger (HKD140), whose ingenuity is off the charts, even down to the burger-box presentation. Available only for dinner, this burger features a crispy bun-shaped crust filled with Pici’s signature homemade pasta carbonara.
Another dinnertime-only stunner is the deconstructed Doppio Ravioli F&S (HKD140). One half of the ravioli offers a mushroom filling and the other half Italian sausage, with both sides drizzled with parsley and onion sauce.

Then there’s the playful Da Vinci Cod (HKD120), which is a whole lot more than meets the eye! At first glance of its ice-cream cone presentation, it appears to be a dessert, but it’s actually a savoury mix of cod and potato with Parmesan Chantilly cream and tomato breadcrumbs. This dish is available on Pici’s à-la-carte menu.
The final dish showcased in The Art Collection is more straightforward but just as delightful: salted caramel popcorn panna cotta (HKD65). It can be sampled during weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner.
On at all nine Pici locations around town until Jun. 30, we’re sure The Art Collection will be a hit on the ‘gram.
