Many say that the Aperol Spritz is the perfect summertime drink.
With that thought in mind, the classic Italian aperitif is taking centre stage at Wav in Central, one of three concepts at nightlife destination The Trilogy, as part of the rooftop bar’s “La Dolce Vita Summer” aperitivo experience.
You can head to the vibey bar from now until Jul. 19 to order yourself a Perfect Serve Aperol Spritz (HKD78) or – even better – customise your own drink at the make-your-own spritz bar.
For your drink base, choose between options like Campari, Cynar, Prosecco, sparkling rosé, wheat beer, apple cider, and more. Bespoke mixers, including elderflower and yuzu, can also be added, with garnishes of herbs, citrus fruits, and edible flowers taking your tipple to the next level.
If all that imbibing leaves you feeling you peckish, Wav is also offering a range of Italian bites, such as tomato and basil bruschetta (HKD88), Mama’s meatballs (HKD108), and truffle arancini (HKD88), to complete the summery experience.
