Hungry to savour a value-for-money Michelin-starred meal? Arbor is now offering a limited-time dining experience to enjoy the restaurant’s rendition of fine-dining with a blend of Nordic and Japanese flavours.
The six-course tasting menu is now priced at HKD1,434 per person, a 15% discount on the original cost of the menu at HKD1,688.
The menu is minimal on paper but boisterous on the palate. It begins with the sea bream and ebi, before introducing the eel dish and natto sourdough, exploring the fusion of the two cultures.
Diners will next enjoy the mussels dish, and then comes a choice of the pigeon or Murray cod main course. A sweet ending is furnished with the melon and loquat dessert and blueberry petits fours.
