Mere weeks since chef Tiffany Lo closed jean may after five years of operation in Hong Kong, the French-trained chef is joining hands with Silver Spoon Restaurants as a consultant to open a new French restaurant in Kai Tak!
Suzette is set to open in June 2026 at Cullinan Sky Mall in Kai Tak, attached to the brand-new residential development.
The French bistro will focus on classic French dishes familiar to Hong Kongers, including the venerable dessert crêpes Suzette.
Suzette will operate alongside Silver Spoon Restaurants‘s venues Gaylord, Quiero Más, The Bayside, O’Thai, and The Cipollini Pizzeria.
