KYO Matcha, housed within the seventh-month-old Cullinan Sky Mall in Kai Tak, has a new seasonal flavour of homemade wasabi (HKD58/HKD68) on the menu for a limited time. As advertised by the matcha café, the gelato flavour comes with a faint salty fragrance and mustard-like spiciness.
If wasabi is not your thing, KYO Matcha sells tofu, black sesame, hojicha, three types of matcha, and two pistachio flavours.
The café also has fluffy matcha and hojicha cakes and corresponding drinks on its menu.
