Hong Kong carved a big chunk of the bartender royalty pie at last night’s (Jul. 28) Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 awards ceremony held in Macau.
Bar Leone earns itself a third consecutive top three finish at number 3, ending its two-year-long reign as The Best Bar in Asia in 2024 and 2025. Elsewhere in Soho, GOKAN graduates to 22nd place from 33rd on last year’s list, with COA dropping from 17th to 24th and also earning the Rémy Martin Legend of the List Award 2026.
Opened last summer, Mius debuts on the list at number 36. Founder Shelley Tai has garnered a three-peat with the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award 2026 and SevenRooms Best Bar Design Award 2026.
ARGO falls 26 places to 37 in the 2026 rankings, with PENICILLIN dropping to 49th place from 27th a year ago.
Lorenzo Antinori’s Montana debuts on the list at 47. Kinsman tops the celebrations for Hong Kong with the illustrious Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award 2026.
