Dessert worlds are colliding at ifc this summer through to mid-winter 2027 with the relaunch of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Cake Shop pop-up at the Central shopping mall.
And by dessert worlds, we refer to the trends of matcha, cheesecake, and egg tarts forming the baked Japanese cheese tarts on offer at the mall, available in vanilla (HKD280) and Kyoto matcha (HKD300) varieties.
The pop-up will be open from Aug. 4 till Feb. 14, 2027, along with grab-and-go breakfast sets, Danish pastries, cookies, smoothies, and fresh juices.
All products at the pop-up have been designed by the hotel’s executive pastry chef, Ringo Chan.
