MADÉ has landed in Central with an edible story of France, more specifically the shell-shaped spongy madeleine every French person raves about.
Each madeleine baked at MADÉ is made using top French butter and flour and prepared in small batches to ensure each mini cake is served fresh.
Six flavours come to the front at this cubby shop: original, chocolate, matcha white chocolate, black sesame, egg tart, and lemon. Other monthly and seasonal festive creations are expected.
A minimum purchase of a box of three madeleine’s costs HKD98, six cost HKD180, and a dozen at HKD338.
During their soft-opening, each purchase includes complimentary madeleines: one extra cake with a box of three, two extra with a box of six, and three with a box of 12.
