Hong Kong and Macau’s first-ever Delicious USA food festival takes place 21 June–21 July 2019, and we’re here to guide you through all the fabulous offerings you’ll be able to find at your favourite restaurants during this time. WARNING: loads of deliciously drool-worthy dishes ahead (scroll through on an empty stomach for maximum impact!).
Always a popular choice for good, ol’ American classics, visit Commissary to enjoy BBQ pork ribs ($228) and Brooklyn Lager ($70). The ribs feature US baby-back ribs and applewood chips used for smoking to give the meat its distinctive flavour, while Brooklyn Lager is a perfect accompaniment to those ribs and a refreshing antidote to Hong Kong’s hot, humid summer days.
