It’s no secret that Lan Kwai Fong is the most happening place in Hong Kong. But there is a secret tucked away in this bustling hub. A tasty one.
Feed your curiosity with an intimate dining experience at Segreto Italian Private Kitchen from 23– 25 February! The brainchild behind this hidden gem is Chef Ermanno Lelli, a private chef cum business consultant from Naples, Italy, with 21 years of F&B experience around the world. You can sense his passion for food, especially when his cuisine is based on traditional, artisanal and slow-cooked Italian ingredients from the Bay of Naples – no shortcuts, only the finest precision involved.
So how intimate is this dinner? With a maximum of 10 diner seats situated in a way that they surround the chef's cooking area, the dinner affair will be a sensory celebration. You can watch Chef Lelli prep and cook up a storm, hear the harmonious sizzling of ingredients, smell the beautiful aroma wafting through the air and taste the chef's creations fresh and hot from the pan.
In this cooking demo and dinner event, Chef Lelli will also show us how to use basic ingredients from grocery stores and elevate them in creative Italian style. So don't get too carried away with just eating; remember to take notes!
