Nordic restaurant FINDS inside The Luxe Manor hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is changing up the rules for afternoon tea with a gin-themed sweet and savoury set.
Available till Apr. 30, the restaurant has collaborated with Australian gin grand Orz Gin for the eight-part menu, incorporating the juniper and aged tangerine peel (chenpi)-powered liquor into the items.
Take note of their Orz Gin-cured Norwegian salmon cone, lemon & white chocolate panna gotta with Orz Gin jelly, smoked duck prosciutto & cantaloupe melon with Orz Gin jam, and dark chocolate & chenpi tart.
If you want to add extra booze to the afternoon tea, take a pick of their Orz Gin-mixed cocktail Golden Mandarin Fizz (HKD98).
The afternoon tea is available daily from 3PM to 5:30PM costing HKD338 for one person and HKD588 for two persons.
